Maintenance Programs

It makes more sense to upgrade septic systems than to replace them with sewers.

This program is based on a process for farming aerobic micro septic bacteria in your own septic tank to help keep a trouble free septic leaching field system. The base price for a 1000 gallon septic tank (or smaller) and leaching system of any size is $49.72 per month.  Please read “WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT FROM US” that is part of our program and this contract.

This do-it-yourself (with our minimum help) program is based on farming our patented aerobic micro bacteria in your own septic tank. We will supply you yearly with 12 units of our aerobic micro-bacteria that will be specific to your septic systems needs, set up by our technicians if you request that option. If you don’t want our technician to set your system up you may do so yourself with a few written instructions from our technical staff. We will include a monthly notice by either phone call, regular mail, or e-mail. We use the 1st day of the month as the designated day for all our aerobic micro bacteria programs. It is not a must to put this product in on the 1st day of the month, however, it is a very good habit. Infrequent use of this product just like the infrequent use of the off-the-shelf products would be a waste of your hard earned money. Nothing but good product, monthly notification and good advice (when needed and requested) is included in this program. Our patented aerobic micro bacteria and necessary conditioners have been time proven and tested to make your present anaerobic bacteria septic tank and system into a cost-effective aerobic wastewater treatment system.

We believe this is the only product in the home septic maintenance and repair business that can change your current anaerobic system into a aerobic system – without the use of electric to operate the air injection necessary to sustain aerobic bacteria but with the necessary capacity of oxygen needed for the fast bio break down of septic waste. Aerobic bacteria break down of septic waste is very very well documented as the best way to break down bio-degradable waste by far. In fact this is how it’s done commercially and at municipal sewer plants. The base cost of this Do-It-Yourself aerobic micro bacteria maintenance program for up to a 1000 gallon tank is $37.18 per month – for a 12 month (or one year) supply of patented aerobic micro bacteria and additives, a monthly notice and good free advice. (Lifetime leaching field guarantee only aplies to Plan I).

  • Our technician will come and give an analysis of the leach field failure and what we could do for you to find what caused your septic leaching field system’s failure. This is probably the most important part of the long-term aerobic micro bacteria process. That is how the cost of the micro process would be based on and if our Digless Leaching System Aerobic Mirco Bacteria “Cleaner Upper” Process is worth doing. If we feel we can clean up your failing leach field with the micro bacteria, we will do the job for a lot less cost of what a conventional new system or repair would cost. A payment plan for this can be worked out to fit your budget, just ask us about it. Most repairs done without engineers cost are between $6,500.00 and $8,500.00. Many times when engineering is required the costs range from $10,000.00 to $30,000.00 and up, without a lifetime leaching field guarantee. Customer must be paid up to date to receive all benefits that are with this program. Customer agrees to make payment in full if he or she chooses not to do the micro bacteria management program, if septage is not surfacing. We cannot guarantee that water won’t come up if there is high ground water at that location; however, we guarantee no septage will surface once we have had time to micro bacteria clean the surfacing polluted water (by first cleaning up the subsurface leaching field).
  • If the failure is for some unknown reason, because of, but not restricted to, like crushed pipe – rotten pipe – rotten concrete junction boxes – roots – high ground water – freezing in wintertime – poor design and poor soils – or anti-bacterial chemicals in system, we cannot repair the system with just micro bacteria treatment. We will then help you solve the problem as per the “What to Expect From Us” portion of this program and contract; pay particular attention to #9.
  • There are basically two types of septic leaching failures:
    • A closed failure is when the leaching field backs up in the septic tank and then into the house at the lowest fixture. Closed failure means the septic juice (septage) doesn’t surface to top of the ground in the leaching area. This type of failure repair will take more time to clean up because the microbes will have to eat their way out to the other end of the system inch by inch. We have been very successful in doing this under those types of conditions, but it takes much longer to micro clean the system for closed failures.
    • An open failure is the other type of failure to a leaching field. This is when the septage (or smelly septic juice) surfaces, usually at the lowest and/or shallowest end of the leaching system, by bleeding out on the surface. This is an easier micro bacteria process to do because the micro bacteria (bugs) can find and eat their way out through the whole system faster and colonize the whole run from septic tank to surfaced failure. We can and have corrected both types of failure with the aerobic micro bacteria process plan. In the closed failures large volumes of water that come out into the system may create a need for a seepage pit or leach line extension as a temporary aide. Please read #9 of “What to Expect From Us ” if this becomes necessary for to answer the problem. Just what you save sometimes in landscaping fees could pay for this No Dig Micro Bacteria Process.
  • Our setup for this plan includes a technician onsite to test septic liquid, injection of the first initial dose of bacteria and supply customers with yearly supply of bacteria (same specifications as Plan I and II).

Here are some things (not limited to) that shouldn’t ever go into the septic tank and leaching fields:

  1. Footing Drain and Ground Water and Sump Pumps
  2. Gutter or floor drains
  3. Non-Biodegradable Products – chemicals and solids (tampons, cigarette butts, condoms, or other similar items, hair, bandages, rags, strings, coffee grounds or cereals).
  4. Paper towels and handy wipes; no matter what the box or manufacturer, etc. says!
  5. No anti-bacterial soaps – Biodegradable soaps only ! Do not use what is called “biocompatible soaps”.
  6. Heavy dose and long-term use of Mr. Bubbles/Dow’s spray toilet cleaner or any other excessively strong cleaner.
  7. Water conditioning backwashes / discharge from water softener, & purifier, sanitizer or conditioners
  8. Dehumidifiers and air conditioner discharges
  9. Chlorine and chemicals in excess (1 part chlorine 5 parts of water is a good spray bacteria cleaner)
  10. Hot tubs and jacuzzi discharges
  11. Excessive laundry – loads should be spaced out (one day of doing all laundry is a No No!)
  12. Water from leaking fixtures including sneaky leaky toilets. Remember to dye test the toilet often to check for leaks in septic system
  13. Dirt and inert products (muddy clothes and vegetables should be dusted off before washing) this applies to common senses in maintaining all types of septic systems
  14. Chemicals from x-ray equipment discharges, even if diluted because they will re-condense in disposal system and eventually pollute the underground environment which is illegal !
  15. Disposable baby wipes / diapers / hand and facial wipes – NO MATTER WHAT MANUFACTURER SAYS, DON’T PUT THEM IN; DISPOSE OF THEM IN A GARABAGE CAN!
  16. Hard toilet paper – use only soft toilet paper, they are closer to breaking down
  17. Dead fish or animals – REMEMBER, it’s a septic tank not a cemetery.
  18. Garbage disposal units discharge; if you must have one then it must run through a separate tank first. This is called a trash tank. After it is installed it should discharge into the septic tank or a separate leaching system and not directly to the existing leaching system
  19. Hair conditioners with heavy oils – if you use them, we need to know so we can do something to compensate with added or different bacteria (none if they are not bio-degradable).
  20. Latex, plastic or metallic objects – (If you haven’t, wouldn’t or couldn’t eat it – Don’t throw it in septic tank system)!

Cancellation policy for this program
This program can be cancelled at any time by either you (the customer) or by us (the company). Cancellations must be done in writing and will take effect within 30 days from the date it is received. If you do not cancel, the program will continue if paid up year after year or until the patented micro bacteria would become unavailable to our company. The producers and cultivators of this micro bacteria have provided us with long-term access to the bacteria and back-up support. As newer or better products come along, we will do our best to be informed as we are with the micro bacteria. After great research on the part of this company, we found this bacteria we offer now is the best bacteria product on the market today and will probably be for many years to come because of the years it takes to produce these patented micro bacteria (bugs) to the stage that they need to be, and are at now. This cannot be done overnight. The patented company of this micro bacteria (bug) has done extensive research on this product and it has been tested and checked many times, to ensure optimal success. Other septic companies were fearful of this product because of its success and they believed it might eliminate the need for pumpings and repairs, which it can do. Our company did not see it that way. We viewed this opportunity for our customers to get a “Peace of Mind” and a trouble free long-term septic system/leaching field and in return we have happy customers, which in turn will bring in new customers. This has always been our main goal as a service septic company for the past 43 years.
