Dear John,
I just wanted to say thank you so much for helping me in my dire situation. You were
the only one out of about a dozen companies who was willing to work with me to get
my system repaired properly. No one else wanted to deal with the town for approvals
or even design a system that would function properly. It seemed they all just wanted
to do a simple quick fix that would not last and no one would guarantee their work.
I’m sure if I went with one of those other companies it would have cost me 10 times
as much by now with further repairs. I know how hard you worked in custom designing
my system and also working with the town to get it approved. I really appreciate your
